For an optional donation of $5 or more you can honor your veteran. Please fill out the nomination form at the lobby of each facility or print one from this website and mail to FCHF, PO Box 60, Union, MO 63084.
The trees are on display at:
- Citizens Bank, New Haven
- Legends Bank, Union
- Peoples Bank, Bourbon
- Farmers and Merchants Bank, St. Clair
- FCNB Bank, Sullivan
- N-Sports Rec Center, Washington
Donations will be used primarily to fly WWII and Korean War Veterans to Washington, D.C. on an all-free one-day trip to see their memorials.
